- Can you make multiple color decals?
Multiple color decals can be made. Due to our process it requires separate production runs to assemble a multiple color decal.
If you need 100 white decals with a red element it would require:
100 white decals and 100 red decals of the same size to complete the final product.
Often times multiple color decals are not recommended due to complications in end user application or artwork registration.
If this is the case, alternate methods of production will be recommended.
- Can I get a custom color decal?
DeluxeDecal offers 9 standard colors of decal. Additional colors can be made available upon request.
We cannot offer a specific PMS, CMYK or RGB match, but we would be happy to work with you to find a color that suits your needs.
- Will there be a setup charge?
We do have a small (1 time per new design) setup fee. This covers conversion of your art into a format we can use. We keep your artwork on file and repeat orders, color or size changes made after the initial order will not have a setup fee.
- Do you have the fonts I use?
No. We recommend converting all fonts to outlines (or curves) depending on the program used. You may send the font files in with your order. If you send fonts, we recommend sending a .bmp, .jpeg, or .gif emailed to us or a hard copy proof in the mail of your art so we can double check that we have the right fonts.
If you don’t understand what any of that means, don’t worry, our art department has you covered. Send us a picture of what you want and we’ll go from there.
- Can you make custom sized decals?
We can make decals from 1″ x 1″ to 46″ x 144″ and anywhere in between. Our pricing guide and size chart are a helpful suggestion. Just give us a size and description on our “Request A Quote” page or give us an email and we can surely find a size to fit your needs!
- What is your turn around time?
Our turn around time — from when we receive the artwork and payment to when we ship — is 10 working days, sometimes sooner, depending on our workload.
- Do working days include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays?
Usually no, but sometimes yes!
- Can I get my decals in under two weeks?
Yes, but there is usually a rush fee, depending on how busy we are at the time of your order. Please contact us for more information.
- Can I get my rush charge back?
Only if we have not started making your job yet. If you need to cancel a rush order please do it immediately by way of phone not email.
- How do I place an order?
We recommend using our “Request A Quote” page to start. Each file is reviewed for “decalability.” We will then email you with a price and answer to any of your questions.
- Can I change/cancel my order?
As long as we have not started your job yet you can change or cancel. If we have done any part of your job, you will have to cover that cost if you change or cancel your order.
- What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa/Mastercard via paypal.com. You can send checks or money orders in the mail. We do not recommend sending cash. We will feel bad, but are not liable for cash lost in the mail on its way to us. You may pay in cash when paying in person. Paypal is a secure credit cart authorizer and one of the biggest and safest on the internet.
- Can I email my design and mail a check or money order?
Yes, but please enclose a printout of the art you emailed in with your payment so we know what art goes with your order.
- How do you ship your orders?
We ship all our orders with USPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping time is around 1-5 days, depending on your location. We can also ship UPS and Fed Ex Overnight, Two Day, Three Day at an extra charge.
- Can you ship outside of the U.S.A.?
Yes, please contact us for shipping rates.
